Airbus Australia Pacific is seeking a seasoned Head of Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul to lead a comprehensive MRO strategy across Australia and New Zealand. You will ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality maintenance while guiding a large, multi-site team and managing budgets within allocated resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years within a regulated aviation maintenance environment.
• At least 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles, demonstrating the ability to steer complex organisations.
• 5 years of experience specifically in Aircraft Heavy Maintenance and 5 years in Component Maintenance.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct budget accountability and financial stewardship.
• Proven ability to work effectively in an international environment and understand/promote conceptual services.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the strategic development and operational execution of a 'one company' maintenance system.
• Ensure that all aircraft and component maintenance activities satisfy strategic, sales, and program requirements while harmonising regulatory laws with operational excellence.
• Drive on-time, high-quality MRO deliveries by optimising maintenance schedules to maximise asset availability for customer programs.
• Lead the proactive application of the Integrated Safety Management System (iSMS) and embed safety and risk mitigation in every task.
• Uphold rigorous security, quality, and safety standards while leading by example through Airbus Values and Code of Conduct.
