Job summary

Queensland Treasury Corporation is seeking an experienced leader to shape and evolve our enterprise Data, AI and Information Management capability, driving trusted insights, responsible innovation and strong governance across the organisation.

You will lead QTC's central Data & AI Hub and oversee the ongoing development of our enterprise data platform, analytics capability, AI operating model and information management practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience across Data, AI and Information Management.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, quality, analytics and reporting.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, Databricks, Power BI).
• Knowledge of responsible AI and enterprise AI adoption.
• Experience advising executives and governance forums.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Data and AI strategies with delivery roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Provide enterprise leadership across data engineering, analytics, AI, governance and information management.
• Drive trusted data, high-quality analytics and information management practices.
• Establish and oversee the responsible AI operating model with regulatory and ethical alignment.
• Lead uplift of information and records management practices.
• Advise executives on investments, risks, priorities and opportunities.
• Build partnerships across business, technology, risk, compliance and external stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
