All Hallows' School, a Catholic Mercy school for girls, seeks an experienced Head of Academic Operations. The role blends classroom teaching with leadership of academic processes, systems, and workflows to support teaching and learning across Years 5–12.

Reporting to the Dean of Student Learning and Data, you will collaborate with the Education Leadership Team and Operations Team to ensure smooth academic operations, build strong relationships, and contribute to professional learning.

Formación

• Demonstrated success as a teacher and educational leader.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, manage priorities and make timely decisions.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary assessment, feedback and reporting practices.
• Confidence using school systems and data to support efficient academic operations and informed decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning and delivery of key academic operations, including assessment, reporting, examinations and academic timetables.
• Develop, implement and review efficient workflows and procedures across Years 5-12.
• Coordinate major academic processes including student reporting and exams.
• Oversee systems and data processes relating to reporting, roll marking and attendance.
• Provide guidance and professional learning to staff on academic processes and systems.
• Build collaborative relationships with students, staff, parents and the school community.
• Undertake classroom teaching commensurate with this middle leadership position.
