Job summary

Crown Resorts is hiring a Medical Services Manager to lead a 24/7 medics/first-aiders team across the property, ensuring high clinical standards and governance. The role requires availability for 80 hours per fortnight on site with weekend flexibility during peak periods.

You will drive clinical governance, oversee procedures and training, and coordinate with HSW, Security and Ops to ensure rapid, professional emergency response for guests and workers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading medical emergency response teams.
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance and medical quality standards.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of medics/advanced first aiders with 24/7 coverage.
• Support, input, implement and maintain Clinical Governance Framework and compliance to standards.
• Oversee clinical procedures, documentation, training and competency programs.
• Ensure regulatory requirements alignment and Crown Group alignment.
• Provide leadership across the roster (4 on 4 off rolling roster) with 24/7 on-call flexibility.
• Foster professionalism, accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
• Manage equipment, clinical supplies and response capability.
• Collaborate with HSW, Security and other Ops leaders for seamless incident response.
• Support analysis of trends and medical data to inform prevention and improvement strategies.

Education

Diploma Emergency Medical Response / Paramedic or Occ Health Nurse (not enrolled)
