Job summary

Crown Resorts is seeking a Medical Services Manager to lead a team of medics providing 24/7 emergency medical support across the property. You will uphold high clinical standards and governance, delivering patient-centered care for workers and guests.

This role requires on-site work (minimum 80 hours per fortnight) with a 4-on-4-off roster and weekend coverage during peak periods; you will collaborate with HSW, Security and Ops to ensure rapid, coordinated responses and ongoing clinical

Qualifications

• Experience leading medical emergency response teams.
• Strong understanding of clinical governance and quality standards.
• Experience in large venues or events is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 24/7 medic/first aider team.
• Maintain clinical governance frameworks and standards.
• Oversee procedures, documentation, training, and competency.
• Ensure regulatory alignment with Crown Group.
• Manage roster and 24/7 on-call coverage.
• Coordinate with HSW, Security and Ops for incident response.
• Analyze medical data to drive prevention and improvements.
