Qualifications

• Design nutritious and diverse menus considering residents' health conditions and dietary needs.

• Manage kitchen operations, inventory and budget efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with food safety protocols and handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Menu Planning: design nutritious menus for dietary needs.
• Food Preparation: cook meals with fresh ingredients following safety protocols.
• Quality Control: ensure high standards in taste, appearance, and portions.
• Inventory & Budget Management: source ingredients cost-effectively and minimize waste.
• Nutritional Analysis: work with dietitians to ensure well-balanced meals.
