The role requires a Certificate III/IV in Hospitality, Food Safety Supervisor certification, and a passion for team leadership and resident wellbeing. Australian working rights are essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) required.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certification required.
• Adaptability and leadership of a kitchen team.

Responsabilités

• Menu planning: assist with nutritious, diverse menus considering dietary needs and preferences.
• Food preparation: cook meals with fresh ingredients and follow food safety protocols.
• Quality control: ensure meals meet taste, appearance, and portion standards.
• Inventory & budget management: manage stock and minimise waste while sourcing ingredients cost-effectively.
• Nutritional analysis: work with dietitians to analyse meals for balance and health.
