Catering HQ is seeking a Head Chef to join our team at Lynwood Country Club in New South Wales. The role focuses on leading a high-volume kitchen, developing menus, and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

You will oversee plating, food quality, and kitchen operations while mentoring junior staff and ensuring adherence to food safety and WHS standards. A dynamic, customer-focused leader with a passion for culinary trends is ideal.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent guest service and presentation standards
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and WHS practices
• Ability to contribute to menu planning and daily kitchen operations

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-volume kitchen with focus on quality and consistency
• Oversee menu planning and development in line with brand standards
• Ensure impeccable plating, presentation and grooming
• Manage daily kitchen operations and service flow
• Provide feedback and training to junior staff
