The Archer Hotel in Nowra, part of ALH Hotels, is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen, delivering pub classics with modern flair for the local community.

This hands-on role requires strong kitchen leadership, trade cooking qualifications, and food safety certification, with daily operations, team development, and close collaboration with the Publican and FOH.
