• Manage kitchen operations during service.

• Oversee food costs, GP, stock and labour control.
• Collaborate with venue management to drive success.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation.
• Recruit and build a reliable kitchen team.
• Plan rosters and manage labour costs.
• Inject creativity and energy into the menu.
