Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present menu items to standards of quality, consistency and presentation.
• Assist Head Chef with menu planning and changes based on seasonal produce and requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and ensure dishes follow recipes and portioning guidelines.
• Assist with food and labour cost control, stock requirements and ordering.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff and ensure HACCP and food safety compliance.
