Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen, drive high standards and build a successful venue in Brisbane. You will own the kitchen, guide the team and work closely with ownership to ensure profitability and consistency across menus.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a solid grasp of food and labour costs, and experience with Italian or modern European dishes, including pasta and pizza. Sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.
