Job summary

Estia Health in Hervey Bay is seeking a Chef to deliver exceptional meal service for residents, ensuring meals meet the highest standard of nutrition and flavour.

You will create nutritious, varied meals that cater to diverse resident needs, maintain strict food-handling and hygiene practices, and support a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents and their families.

• Takes great pride in preparing and delivering appropriately nutritious food to the highest quality and service standards in line with Estia Health guidelines
• Uses their attention to food handling and hygiene standards and the ability to ensure menus can cater to diverse individual needs
• Trains and mentors, their kitchen team to the expected standards.
