Commercial Hotel Lake Boga is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen for busy dinner services in our new venue. You’ll manage a small, energetic team, ensure consistent, high-quality meals, and bring a hands-on approach to a dynamic, warm environment in Lake Boga.

You’ll work a Tuesday–Sunday schedule with accommodation available and a chance to shape the menu while delivering great dining experiences for locals and visitors.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or an experienced Sous Chef ready to step up.
• Experience leading a kitchen team and running service.
• Ability to stay organised and calm during busy nights.
• A passion for producing great, consistent meals.
• Strong communication and a hands-on approach.
• Commitment to food safety and keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
• Experience using digital kitchen display systems is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the kitchen during service and oversee peak dinner periods.
• Manage prep, cooking, plating, and quality control across all menus.
• Uphold food safety standards and HACCP, ensuring clean, safe work areas.
• Coordinate with front-of-house to deliver smooth, high-volume service.

We’re on the lookout for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at our new venue opening in the new year. We will be a young, friendly team with busy dinner periods and plenty happening.

You’ll be working in our new kitchen with new modern appliances, trading days from Tuesday to Sunday.

What we’re looking for
