Qualifications

• Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens.
• Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in remote environments and varying weather conditions.
• Pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing kitchen team in a bulk catering environment.
