Job summary

Atlas Adventures Australia is seeking a skilled Chef for Resorts, Hotels and Pubs across Australia. You will work in a team of 10+ in fine dining and upmarket environments, preparing lunch and dinner and supporting menu planning.

Contracts start asap with potential ongoing work. Applicants must be trade qualified with 3–5 years experience, have strong work ethic, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified chef with 3-5 years experience.
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to produce consistent quality in high-pressure environments.
• Own uniform and knives for service.
• Experience in quality la carte dining or bulk cooking.
• Keen eye for detail and ability to mentor a team.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team of 10+ in fine dining/ upmarket resort settings.
• Prepare lunch and dinner to high standards.
• Deliver quality la carte dining or bulk cooking as required.
• Assist with menu planning and suggestions.
• Contract lengths of 4–8 weeks with potential ongoing work.
