Job summary

The Sporting Globe on the Gold Coast is seeking a Line Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team in Robina. You will help keep the game-day service fast, clean, and on target while maintaining the high standards our guests expect.

Bring a Certificate III/IV or Diploma in Commercial Cookery and 1–2 years of experience. You’ll work evenings, weekends and public holidays with a team-first mindset, delivering great plates and awesome hospitality.

Qualifications

• Certificate III/IV or Diploma in Commercial Cookery.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Ability to handle heat and maintain composure during peak service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Team-first mentality with energy and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Get prepped and ready before service begins.
• Allocate staff sections and assist with kitchen operations with the Sous and Head Chef.
• Run your station with precision and plate-up like a boss.
