Job summary

Flinders University’s Office of Graduate Research seeks an HDR Engagement Senior Support Officer to deliver high-level administrative and project support for national and international HDR engagement and partnerships.

You will coordinate programs, reporting and events, advise HDR students and supervisors, and work with diverse stakeholders to advance cotutelle arrangements, internships, scholarships and the National Industry PhD Program.

Qualifications

• Experience providing high-level administrative, project or coordination support.
• Ability to interpret policies, procedures and guidelines with attention to detail.
• Experience with databases and complex information systems; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Support HDR engagement and partnership initiatives, including cotutelles, internships, industry scholarships and the National Industry PhD Program.
• Coordinate projects, reporting, committees and events that support national and international HDR engagement and partnership activities.
• Provide advice and high-quality support to HDR students, supervisors and stakeholders on policies, procedures and engagement opportunities.
• Build strong relationships and contribute to continuous improvement across Colleges, professional services and external industry partners.
