Job summary

James Cook University in Townsville is seeking a motivated casual HDR Program Support Officer to assist candidature administration, milestone tracking and high-quality support for HDR candidates and supervisors. You’ll help manage key processes across admissions, enrolments, variations, examinations and completions, while providing responsive customer service and accurate record-keeping.

This position is based on campus in Townsville and requires on-campus attendance.

• Assist candidature administration and milestone tracking for HDR candidates and supervisors.

• Support on-campus HDR activities and related data management.

This position is based in Townsville and requires on-campus attendance. Current JCU students are not eligible to apply.
