Job summary

Workday is seeking a Solution Consultant specializing in Workforce Management and Payroll. You will play a critical role in the Sales team, providing subject-matter expertise to support deals and influence C-level executives.

Ideal candidates bring payroll and workforce management expertise, knowledge of HCM solutions, and a passion for Workday. Travel 50%+ and strong presentation skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expert in payroll and workforce management.
• Experience with HCM enterprise solutions and Pre-Sales / Sales Payroll.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ and engage with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
• Craft detailed design and implementation specifications for sophisticated Workday solutions.
• Assist in closing sales by addressing questions about the solution, services, and training.
• Support qualification of prospects, demonstration criteria, and proof of concept builds.
