Vinarchy group. operates a row-based vineyard program at Rowland Flat, SA, for Vintage 2027, offering hands-on field work in a dynamic harvest environment. Field Officers travel across grape regions, assess fruit quality and support communication between growers and winery teams.

You will use company tablets and vineyard management tools, report findings, and help plan grape intake while meeting safety and quality standards during the busy vintage period.

Formación

• Experience in grape sampling and fruit maturity assessment.
• Understanding of vineyard operations and grape ripening processes.
• Ability to identify common vineyard pests, diseases and quality concerns.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence using mobile technology and maintaining accurate records.
• Understanding of winery, quality and harvest-related processes.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct vineyard visits across allocated regions to assess fruit quality, disease presence and ripeness.
• Enter field data accurately using tablets and vineyard management systems.
• Maintain professional and productive relationships with growers, vineyard contractors, transport providers and winery teams.
• Communicate fruit quality concerns, harvest timing recommendations and operational issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Provide timely updates to support harvest scheduling and grape intake planning.
• Follow all quality, food safety, biosecurity and workplace safety requirements.
• Undertake other duties as directed by the Grape Supply team.
