Vinarchy is seeking a Grower Liaison Officer to manage its grower portfolio and coordinate grape supply across the Riverland region in Australia. You will work in the vineyard delivering practical guidance, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with harvest planning and quality targets.

You will oversee fruit intake during vintage, handle grower payments and contracts, and lead seasonal staff. Strong viticulture knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and GIS skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years experience in viticulture or agricultural operations.
• Diploma or degree in Viticulture or related field.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills.
• Valid Driver's Licence and comfortable working in vineyards.

Aufgaben

• Manage fruit intake at Berri and support vintage planning and programming.
• Administer grower payments, bonuses and contract records.
• Lead seasonal staff during vintage, including weighbridge and booking officers.
• Analyse viticultural data and prepare reports for planning and regulatory bodies.
• Support GIS adoption for vineyard mapping and data applications.
• Ensure compliance with industry reporting requirements and certifications.
• Assist with strategic initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.
