Zusammenfassung

Ripples Milsons Point, part of SRG Hospitality, is reopening and hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead the floor from the first cover. You will build the front‑of‑house team, set the service standard and own performance backed by a family‑run hospitality group.

You will recruit, train and lead the FOH team, ensure RSA, food safety and WHS compliance, and partner with the Head Chef to unify front/back of house standards. A rare venue leadership opportunity awaits.

Qualifikationen

• Venue management or senior supervisory experience in a premium, high-volume restaurant.
• Genuine command of the numbers labour cost, rostering to trade, and the levers that move revenue at venue level.
• Working knowledge of wage compliance for shift-based teams.
• Confidence with SevenRooms or an equivalent reservations and guest management platform.
• RSA (NSW) and Food Safety Supervisor certification, current at commencement.

Aufgaben

• Lead the front-of-house opening and recruit, induct and train the team.
• Briefings, floor presence, execution and debrief with guest experience measured across feedback channels.
• Manage revenue against budget, labour cost within band, covers, average spend and table turn.
• Roster planning and award compliance under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020.
• Develop the leadership bench includingAssistant Restaurant Manager and Supervisors.
• Ensure RSA, food safety, licence conditions and WHS compliance.
• Partner with Head Chef to align front and back of house standards.
