Job summary

Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead our beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high standards across service. You will guide the front-of-house during peak hours, drive team growth, and stay current with mixology trends to deliver memorable moments.

With RSA compliance and strong communication, you will support schedules, training, and collaboration, while embodying the Accor values and leveraging ALL benefits to develop your career.

Qualifications

Past experience as a Bar Attendant and ability to create drinks.
Experience guiding teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Valid RSA or equivalent qualification for the country/territory.
Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a diverse team.
Strong communication with guests and colleagues.
