Reporting to the Chef, you’ll cook to spec, manage your section, monitor stock, maintain hygiene, and support menu execution across cruise formats from set lunches to larger functions. Suitable candidates bring solid fundamentals, pride in plates, and a collaborative spirit.

Qualifications

• Solid fundamentals in cooking, knife work and technique.
• Ability to stay composed and organized during busy service.
• Pride in plating and meeting high presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to spec with consistent quality.
• Manage your section during service and coordinate with the galley team
• Handle proteins, sauces and sides with proper technique and speed
• Monitor stock levels and flag what needs ordering or rotation
• Maintain a clean, compliant workspace during service and pack-down
• Support menu execution for cruise formats from set lunches to functions
