The successful candidate will motivate a team, achieve financial targets, and uphold safety and quality standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified diesel fitter or diesel mechanic preferred but not essential.
• Experience in automotive workshops is a bonus.
• Proven track record of leading a successful team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in opening and closing job cards.
• Job tracking and reporting.
• Estimating and quoting.
• Deal with internal and external clients.
• Manage staff performance.
• Workshop safety management.
• Quality control and management.
• Hands‑on on the tools when needed.
