Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workshop operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, tools, and consumables, coordinate procurement activities to maintain adequate stock levels and ensure timely delivery of products to quality standards
• Monitor and control costs related to workshop operations, including labour, materials, and overhead expenses
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery to ensure optimal performance and uptime
• Manage health and safety protocols including regular safety training and toolbox talks for floor staff to promote awareness and compliance with safety protocols
