Job summary
Acu-Tech Piping Systems in Brisbane is seeking an experienced WHSEQ Advisor to strengthen safety and environmental performance across our national manufacturing business. You will partner with managers and frontline teams, lead investigations and toolbox talks, and drive practical improvements while balancing compliance with real-world outcomes.
You will be out on the shop floor, engaging with operations to embed a strong safety culture and deliver training and coaching across the business.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
- 3-5 years' experience in a WHSEQ, HSE or WHS advisory role.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Qualifications in WHS or Environmental Management.
Responsibilities
- Partner with operational leaders to provide practical WHSEQ advice and support.
- Conduct workplace inspections, audits, risk assessments and safety observations.
- Lead incident investigations and support corrective actions and learnings.
- Manage hazard reporting, incident management and close-out processes.
- Deliver WHSEQ training, coaching and support across the business.
- Contribute to ongoing development of WHSEQ management systems.
