Job summary

Allied Pinnacle Pty is seeking a WHSE Advisor based at our Tennyson and Yatala sites in Queensland for a full-time permanent role. You will partner with operations to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across our QLD sites.

Key activities include supporting strategic initiatives, incident investigations, risk assessments, and delivering safety training materials. You will help ensure timely actions and reporting to drive safety excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of company-wide strategic initiatives.
• Assist operations in embedding effecting communication and consultation processes.
• Conducting incident investigations of significant incidents.
• Facilitating risk assessments, risk workshops, and problem-solving sessions.
• Develop and support strategic HSE action plans for continuous improvement toward best practice.
• Support company reporting requirements and ensure timely follow-up and corrective actions.
• Conduct limited safety training sessions, with support materials provided.
• Assist in incident and hazard reporting and support investigation processes.

An opportunity currently exists for a WHSE Advisor, based at our Tennyson and Yatala sites, on a full-time permanent basis. As the WHSE Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting our QLD operations as we move from compliance to excellence by working with our operations to implement strategic initiatives that will foster a culture of safety across all our QLD Allied Pinnacle sites.

Key accountabilities include:
