Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse teams and daily operations.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a can-do approach.
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Familiarity with Pronto or similar WMS is a plus; proficient with MS Office.
• Forklift licence is required to operate on-site.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations at Seven Hills site, ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Coach and support warehouse team members to maintain productivity and morale.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock takes.
• Oversee receipt, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
• Facilitate toolbox and safety meetings to uphold HSE standards.
• Pitch in on-floor operational tasks as needed to meet deadlines.
