Job summary

Salt Shift is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Burleigh Heads operation. You’ll lead from the floor, work with the ops team across stock planning, inbound freight, and daily priorities to keep orders moving efficiently.

You’ll be hands-on on heavy days, performing picking/packing with your team and driving improvements to packing standards, layout, and processes. A strong focus on accuracy and safety will be essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse floor and a team in fast-moving environments.
• Strong focus on order accuracy and on-time despatch.
• Proven ability to improve processes and reduce bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Run daily despatch across all channels including carrier handovers.
• Ensure same-day shipping without sacrificing pick accuracy.
• Own mispicks, short shipments, and damage in transit; identify root causes.
