Qualifications

Experience in a warehouse, stores, or manufacturing receiving/dispatch role.
Accurate and systematic — counts correctly and checks part numbers.
Physically capable of manual handling, packing and loading.
Comfortable using computers — stock systems, email and basic admin tools.
Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of responsibilities.
Practical and mechanically minded around heavy equipment, fittings, and tools.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and process all inbound deliveries; check against PO and condition.
Receipt all inwards goods into ERP/stock system accurately.
Quarantine and flag damaged or non-conforming goods.
Maintain stock records and locations; conduct cycle counts and stocktakes.
Coordinate outbound dispatch of attachments and parts to customers; manage freight carriers.
