ALH Hotels in NEW SOUTH WALES is seeking an Assistant Manager to keep our venues buzzing and loved by the locals. You will support the Publican, lead a team on shift, and ensure smooth, safe service with a great vibe.

This hands-on role involves lifting and handling stock, learning the ropes of Publican duties, and presenting a confident face of the pub when the boss is away. RSA and RSG/RCG are required, prior hospitality leadership helps.

Qualifications

• RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Get to know locals and become part of the crew.
• Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely and with a great vibe.
