Job summary

ALH Hotels' North Wollongong Hotel is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run the pub, bistro and events, delivering great service and a welcoming vibe across shifts. You’ll lead a team, manage daily operations, fix issues before they escalate, and be the face of the venue when the Publican is away, always upholding safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on role with physical tasks (lifting/moving stock, kegs, deliveries).
• Prior supervision experience in bar/bistro/gaming room is desirable.
• RSA, RCG and ARCG certificates required per NSW regulations.
