Job summary

Endeavour Group's ALH Hotels is seeking an Assistant Manager to keep venues buzzing and loved by locals. You will support the Publican, lead a team of hospitality staff, and help maintain a great vibe across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar, bistro, or gaming room environments and some supervisory exposure.
• RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements.
• Must be comfortable with physical tasks including lifting and moving stock.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Publican to run the venue smoothly, safely and with a great vibe.
• Lead a team of hospitality staff on shift and mentor junior team members.
• Handle incidents and hiccups promptly to avoid issues.
• Create energy, deliver excellent service and smiles across every shift.
