Job summary

GreenSpace Management is seeking a motivated Casual Golf Attendant to join Freeway Golf Course in Balwyn North. You will deliver excellent customer service, assist with golf bookings, golf shop operations, and food and beverage service on a hands-on, team-based environment.

Ideal applicants will have RSA, WWCC, First Aid and CPR certifications, and be available across a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays. Golf, hospitality or retail experience is preferred.

• Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in golf, hospitality or retail is preferred.
• Interest in golf or knowledge of the game is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to all golfers and visitors.
• Manage golf bookings, customer enquiries and point-of-sale transactions.
• Assist with daily Golf Shop operations, including retail sales and stock management.
• Food and beverages operations.
• Assist with general cleaning, maintenance and presentation of the facility.
• Support golf events, competitions and group bookings.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and operational requirements.
• Current RSA certificate in place.
• WWCC in place.
• Current First Aid certificate.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
