Job summary

Interactive Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a skilled IT Support specialist to maintain and optimise our Digital Workplace solutions. You will deliver technical assistance across Windows and macOS devices, manage Microsoft 365 services, and secure access with Entra ID while supporting a diverse customer base.

The role requires hands-on experience with Intune, AVD, and ServiceNow in a fast-paced MSP environment. Hybrid work with office in Port Melbourne and travel to customer sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Expertise with Microsoft 365 suite including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID: CA, MFA, SSO, PIM, and hybrid identity.
• Proficiency in Intune for device management, policies, Autopilot and app lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and enterprise apps; macOS/JAMF is a plus.
• Experience in a Managed Services Provider is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals across Windows and macOS.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Manage identity and access via Entra ID, including CA policies, MFA, SSO, and PIM.
• Own Intune lifecycle: enrolment, configuration profiles, compliance, app deployment, Autopilot.
• Deploy and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop: host pools, session hosts, FSLogix, golden images.
• Handle incidents, requests, and changes via ServiceNow, meeting SLAs.
