The role involves using manual lathes and milling machines, honing cylinders, and supporting repairs with accuracy-driven measurements. A capable, independent mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Capable, hands-on Machinist with robust manual machining skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manufacture components from samples.
• Comfort with precision measuring equipment and machining tolerances.

Responsabilités

• Operate manual lathes, milling machines and other workshop equipment.
• Machine, repair and manufacture hydraulic components.
• Perform cylinder honing and related repair work.
• Produce replacement parts from drawings or samples.
• Support hydraulic cylinder repairs including re-rod and re-barrel work.
• Use precision measuring tools to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with a small team to deliver reliable repair solutions.
