Job summary

Property Me is seeking a motivated Junior IT Administrator to join our IT team in Sydney. You will be the first point of contact for internal IT support across Australia, supporting Windows and Mac devices, JumpCloud MDM, and our SaaS stack while based onsite in the Sydney office.

You will gain broad, hands-on experience in a fast-growing SaaS company, assisting with cyber security tooling, onboarding/offboarding, AV room support, and IT projects, reporting to the IT Manager.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a related IT qualification.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong documentation and communication skills; explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
• Solid understanding of macOS and Windows desktop environments.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for IT support requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues on Windows and Mac devices.
• Liaise with vendors to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Administer user accounts and devices in JumpCloud MDM platform; manage licensing.
• Assist with configuration/maintenance of network infrastructure and SaaS stack (Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce).
• Support cyber security tooling and routine security tasks including updates and log reviews.
• Maintain asset register and assist with onboarding/offboarding of staff.
• Assist with office moves and IT projects.
• Create and maintain documentation.
