Job summary

You will manage day-to-day IT, lead planning through delivery, coordinate external providers, strengthen cybersecurity and develop dashboards to support operations.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in IT, CS or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in IT management, systems administration or similar.
• Strong PM skills and IT/digital transformation project delivery.
• Experience with AI tools, workflow automation, or integrations.
• Know-how of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, apps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations including infra, hardware, software, networks and business systems.
• Lead IT and digital projects from planning to delivery.
• Identify AI automation solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.
• Manage system integrations, digital platforms and process improvements.
• Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, system access and IT compliance.
• Develop reporting tools, dashboards and digital solutions.
• Coordinate external IT providers and vendors.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams.
• Collaborate with management to identify technology needs and deliver practical solutions.
