Job summary

Future You is seeking a hands-on technology leader to own strategy, roadmaps and the IT budget across a growing Australian multi-site organisation. You will lead cyber security, infrastructure, AI and business systems, ensuring secure, scalable solutions and strong business outcomes.

You will drive ERP/CRM integration, cost optimisation and transformation while managing vendors and budgets, reporting directly to executives and shaping the technology function for future growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ IT experience, including leadership within a multi-site operational business.
• Must have experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, construction, distribution, logistics, mining, resources, utilities or a similar operational environment
• Strong hands‑on experience across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, infrastructure, networking, cloud and endpoint management
• Proven cyber security, disaster recovery and business continuity experience
• Experience with OT, plant, production or industrial environments highly regarded
• Practical AI, automation and application platform experience
• Experience with ERP, CRM, systems integration and business process improvement
• Strong vendor, MSP, budget and contract management experience
• Commercially minded with proven cost optimisation capability
• A pragmatic, hands‑on leader who can move between executive strategy and technical delivery
