Job summary

nbn is seeking a Customer Field Technician based in Goulburn to perform hands-on installations, repairs and maintenance across nbn technologies. You will work independently to install cabling, set up equipment and support customers in homes or small businesses.

Safety and clear communication are essential as you follow procedures, identify faults, and ensure customers feel informed throughout the process. A strong safety mindset and a current, clean driver’s licence are required.

Qualifications

• Willingness to perform hands-on tasks while following safety procedures.
• Current, clean Driver's Licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
