As a Customer Field Technician, you’ll work independently across installations, repairs, and maintenance of copper or fibre cabling, setting up customer equipment, identifying faults, and keeping customers informed throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Hands-on problem-solving mindset
• Current, clean Driver’s Licence
• Willingness to work independently

Responsibilities

• Install copper or fibre cabling at customer sites
• Repair and maintain customer equipment and networks
• Identify and fix faults while keeping customers informed
• Support customers in homes or businesses throughout the service visit
