G.J. Gardner Homes Colac Surf Coast is seeking a proactive Construction Supervisor to join our growing team. You will be the boots on the ground, coordinating trades and managing approximately 10 builds from frame through handover across the Colac/Surf Coast region.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification (Carpentry preferred) or experience in a supervisory role.
• Able to manage multiple jobs across sites with strong organisational skills.
• Proactive, hands-on leader with time management and client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule subcontractors across sites to ensure timely completions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to meet 5-star quality and safety standards.
• Provide regular updates and manage expectations with clients.
• Identify on-site hurdles early and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure OH&S compliance and maintain an organized work environment.
