Job summary

G.J. Gardner Homes Taree is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee residential projects from planning to completion in the coastal NSW region.

You’ll lead on-site teams, manage site works on complex terrains, and ensure timelines and quality benchmarks are met. This role emphasizes strong organisation, digital scheduling, and financial accountability, with access to company tools and a collaborative, supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Reliable individual with strong character and composure under pressure.
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with project apps.
• Strong organisational and written/verbal communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of NCC rules and internal resources.
• Structured, process-driven mindset and teamwork participation.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management: oversee residential housing from planning to completion.
• Lead on sloping/complex sites, manage site works and structural requirements.
• Utilise digital scheduling and documentation tools to maintain plans and variations.
• Provide client updates with photos, written and verbal communication.
• Review and approve supplier invoices with on-site verification.
• Enforce WHS compliance and uphold high-quality benchmarks.
