Heidelberg Materials Group is seeking a Construction Site Manager to lead on-site activities across SEQ projects in Queensland. You will oversee subcontractors, drive safe site operations, and support delivery from start to finish with a practical leadership style.

This hands-on role requires managing resources, maintaining budgets, and staying aligned with program milestones while upholding strong safety standards across all works.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience, or 4 years in construction.
• Bachelor's degree, Diploma or trade qualification desirable.
• Strong organisational and cost-conscious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day onsite activities to ensure safe and compliant site operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and support delivery in line with the master program and project budget.
• Support and monitor site preparation activities.
• Maintain strong safety standards across all site works.
• Step in hands-on where required, balancing leadership with practical involvement.
