Design & Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple civil and building construction sites. This is a management-focused role that emphasizes leadership, coordinating site teams, and running operations from the office rather than hands-on with tools.

You will supervise Site Supervisors and subcontractors, monitor programmes, budgets and resources, ensure safety and quality, and report progress to clients and Project Managers across sites in Queensland.

Qualificações

• Previous supervisor experience essential.
• Strong background across civil construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and coordinate teams.
• Experience overseeing Site Supervisors, subcontractors, and project delivery.
• Strong understanding of programmes, budgets, safety, and quality requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple active sites across civil and building projects.
• Manage and coordinate Site Supervisors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor project programmes, progress, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Oversee site safety, quality assurance, and compliance requirements.
• Identify and manage project risks, delays, and operational challenges.
• Liaise with clients, Project Managers, engineers, and key stakeholders.
• Provide regular reporting on project performance and progress.
• Drive accountability, efficiency, and consistent standards across all sites.
