Job summary

AUSPAN, a WA-based family-owned Design & Construct builder, is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to deliver buildings across metro and regional sites in WA. You will take full ownership of safety, programme, cost and client relationships, with end-to-end responsibility from initiation to handover.

The role requires proactive leadership of site teams, experience with design and construct projects, and strong collaboration with stakeholders. Procore and MS Project experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering design and construct projects.
• Working knowledge of the Building Code of Australia.
• Confident managing multiple work fronts and subcontractor packages.
• Focused on programme and budget.
• Procore experience highly regarded.
• Commercially aware with sound judgement under pressure.
• Practical, solutions-focused, and genuinely hands-on.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project delivery: site, programme, budget and quality
• Safety leadership, site compliance and subcontractor onboarding
• Subcontractor performance management
• Client relationship management including variations and programme
• Procurement coordination and resource planning
• Project administration using MS Project & Procore
• Accurate progress, cost-to-complete and risk reporting
