Bellequip in Rockhampton seeks an experienced Civil Supervisor with 5+ years in road and drainage construction to lead daily site operations, plan ahead and ensure safety, environment and quality standards are met.

You will mentor project teams, coordinate plant and subcontractors, interpret plans, manage quality assurance documents and deliver results on time and within budget. FIFO or relocation packages are available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years on civil construction projects operating plant (e.g. Final Trim Grader operator).
• 3+ years performing foreman/supervisor roles on civil (road and drainage) projects.
• Strong ability to lead internal staff, plant and subcontractors.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure safety, environment and quality obligations.
• Lead, mentor and develop project teams to perform quality work and operate efficiently.
• Plan in advance to ensure operations run smoothly and on budget.
• Interpret plans and specifications and set out works from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with QA documentation and project requirements.
