Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in audio visual industry with commissioning of AV systems.
• Proactive problem-solving and client-facing professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning and programming of AV systems (audio, video, control, and networking).
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues on-site and remotely.
• Preventative maintenance and service calls.
• System upgrades, expansions, and retrofits.
• Client support and relationship management.
• Documentation of service work and handover reports.
• Collaborative work with installation and sales teams.
